Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to oversee
the planning, execution, and successful completion of HVAC projects. The HVAC
Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all phases of project delivery, ensuring
projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This
role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in HVAC systems, and the ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, organize, and manage HVAC projects from start to finish, including
scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and coordination of subcontractors and in-
house personnel.
-Interpret and review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
-Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
-Track and manage project costs, materials, and labor to stay within budget.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and
internal teams.
-Conduct regular project meetings and site visits to monitor progress and address
issues.
-Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company
policies.
-Prepare and submit change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
-Resolve conflicts, delays, and any issues that may affect project scope,
schedule, or quality.
-Collaborate with the estimating, engineering, and service departments to align
project goals.
-Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and
documentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a

related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).

-5+ years of experience in HVAC project management or a related role in
mechanical construction.
-In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project
management practices.
-Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry
standards.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability- to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-OSHA 30 certification and PMP certification are a plus.

Working Conditions:
-Combination of office work and on-site project visits.
-Must be able to travel to various job sites as required.
-Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet project
deadlines.
